What Form Fighter is

Form Fighter lets you film short strike clips, estimate pose, receive technique scores and coaching notes, and track progress. Feedback is generated from computer vision and (when enabled) language models. It is a consumer training aid — not a substitute for a qualified coach, medical professional, or in-person instruction.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must review these Terms with you and supervise your use. Do not use the Service if you are under 13.

Accounts

• Provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service, violate these Terms, or create risk for other users or our infrastructure.

Your content

You retain ownership of videos and other content you submit (“User Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, analyze, and display User Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you (pose estimation, scoring, coaching, history, support, and security).

You represent that you have the rights to submit the content (including permission from anyone else appearing in a clip) and that it does not violate law or others’ rights.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload illegal, exploitative, or non-consensual content.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or bypass rate limits or paywalls.
• Do not scrape, resell, or misuse coaching outputs as if they were certified instruction.
• Do not use the Service while driving or in unsafe training environments.

Training risk & disclaimer

Striking and combat sports involve risk of injury. You train at your own risk. Warm up, use appropriate space and equipment, and stop if you feel pain. Form Fighter provides no warranties that scores or cues are accurate, complete, or safe to follow. Scores depend on camera angle, lighting, body visibility, and model limits. Always use judgment and, when possible, a live coach.

The Service is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition.

Free testing & paid plans

We may offer free access while testing. Features, limits, and pricing can change. When paid subscriptions are enabled, fees, renewal, and cancellation will be shown at checkout (for example via Stripe on web). Taxes may apply. Affiliate or referral programs, if offered, are invite-only and subject to separate rules we may publish.

Intellectual property

The Form Fighter name, logo, UI, scoring logic, prompts, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them except as allowed by these Terms or applicable law.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (for example Firebase, payment processors, AI providers, analytics). Their terms and privacy policies also apply to their processing. We are not responsible for third-party outages beyond our reasonable control.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANALYSIS RESULTS WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FORM FIGHTER AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR TRAINING OUTCOMES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50 IF YOU HAVE ONLY USED A FREE TIER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Form Fighter and its operators against claims arising from your User Content, your training activities, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Changes & termination

We may modify the Service or these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may discontinue features or the Service with reasonable notice when practicable.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence require otherwise. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue for disputes that are not resolved informally, except where prohibited.
