Form FighterHow it works
Phone up. One fix. Hands free.
Form Fighter is a mobile web training tool for people who practice boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, or MMA striking alone. Live camera practice uses standard 2D pose feedback on the strikes in your discipline, then names one weak mechanic and drills it out loud. You can also upload a side-on shadowboxing or bag-work round with one fighter clearly in frame. The upload scan looks for clear strike moments across the 11 standard 2D techniques and coaches the clearest one when evidence is strong. Weak or ambiguous evidence is refused, not guessed. Eligible sessions may also receive enhanced movement review across a wider technique roster when that surface is available.
Step 1
Set the phone
Prop your phone so your full body is in frame. Stand in a quiet room with space to throw.
Step 2
Throw the strike
Form Fighter watches your guard, hips, balance, and recovery while you throw.
Step 3
Get the one fix
It names the single mechanic costing you most — not a laundry list of everything wrong.
Step 4
Drill it hands-free
A live corrective set calls every rep out loud. Say ready, pause, go, or finish — hands stay free.
Step 5
Throw again
Re-test the strike so you know whether the mechanic actually moved. That is the loop.
Live camera practice (standard 2D)
This is the default loop: standard 2D pose feedback on the strikes in your discipline, one named mechanic, a spoken corrective set, then a re-throw. For live punches, stand so the camera sees head to feet. A slight angle (about 45°) keeps the punching hand from hiding behind the body. For live kicks and knees, turn to a side profile so hip turn and limb height are visible on screen.
Upload review (standard 2D)
Optional. Upload a short side-on shadowboxing or bag-work round. For upload, film a short side-on round with your whole body and feet in frame. Square-on clips hide depth that a single camera needs. Upload analysis (standard 2D) looks for clear strike moments across jab, cross, hook, uppercut, overhand, teep, side kick, knee, low kick, roundhouse, and head kick. Each is scored only after identity evidence and a valid cut. Weak or ambiguous evidence is refused, not guessed. Switch kick is not part of standard 2D upload.
Enhanced movement review
Enhanced movement review is available for supported sessions when eligible. Standard camera feedback remains focused on visible movement patterns.
Enhanced movement review is available for supported sessions when eligible. It can cover jab, cross, hook, uppercut, overhand, teep, roundhouse, low kick, head kick, side kick, knee, and switch kick. It does not run on every live or upload session. Boxing-sport sessions stay punches-only. Availability may vary.

Safety and limits
Form Fighter is a training aid. Scores are estimates from a phone camera and can be wrong — especially with poor lighting, framing, or angle. Warm up, clear space, and stop if something hurts. It does not diagnose injury or replace a qualified coach.
