Form Fighter
Every wrong rep is practice for the mistake
It drills the fix out loud while you throw — then checks it stuck
Prop up your phone. Form Fighter names the one mechanic costing you, runs the corrective set out loud, then has you throw again to see if it moved — no bag, no sensors, no appointment.

One mechanic, not a laundry list
The session picks the leak that costs you most today.
Corrective set, not just a score
It drills the fix out loud while you throw.
Hands stay free
Voice cues and commands — no mid-round phone tapping.

Getting set
Hands-freeYou can't watch
yourself throw.
That's the whole problem with training on your own. The shot felt clean. Nothing tells you the hip never came with it, or that the hand came home slow.
Form Fighter watches your guard, your hips, your balance and your recovery, and tells you which one is actually costing you. Not a list of everything you're doing wrong. The one worth fixing today.
It calls the fix
while you throw.
Ten reps on the one mechanic that's broken. It calls every rep as you throw it, catches the same mistake twice and changes the cue. Hands stay free — say pause, go, finish or ready and it's listening the whole set.
Then you throw the strike again and find out whether it actually moved. That's the loop, for as long as you feel like training.
Hips first — turn harder.
Chin covered — off hand stays glued.
Snap it back — faster home than out.
That's it. Again.
What it says mid-set
Solo reps don't correct themselves.
Nobody's watching. The shot felt fine. You rack another round and call it a good day.
Every wrong rep is practice for the mistake. A week later it's not a bad habit you can shrug off — it's the way you throw.
Form Fighter picks the one leak, drills it live, then has you throw again so you know whether it actually moved.
Tutorials never look at your rep.
A tutorial video
Shows you a perfect rep. Never once looks at yours.
A class
The coach has twelve other people in the room. You get corrected when it's your turn.
Training on your own
Every rep you throw wrong is a rep you're teaching yourself to keep throwing wrong.
Other form apps
They hand you a grade and leave. No corrective set, no voice — and you're tapping a screen mid-round.

Form Fighter picks one mechanic instead of twenty, runs the set instead of grading you, and keeps your hands free the whole way through.

It can't feel your weight.
You've probably seen an app promise to replace your coach. This one doesn't. Here is exactly what the camera reads and exactly what it misses, so you can decide before you give it a round.
What it sees
- Guard height, and whether it drops after the shot
- Hip rotation, and whether it leads the hand or trails it
- Balance through the throw and after it
- Recovery — how fast the hand actually comes home
What it doesn't
- Your weight transfer. It can't feel the floor through your feet.
- Power. No camera measures force without a sensor on you.
- Timing against a live opponent, or what you meant to do.
- Pads, sparring, and a coach in the room. Those don't get replaced.
We are not a replacement for pads, sparring, or a coach who can feel your weight. We cover the gap between sessions — the living-room rounds where form used to be guesswork. If what you want is a punch counter, a round timer, or a workout that leaves you sweaty, this isn't it.
Eleven strikes. One fix at a time.

What fighters say after a set
“This is one of the best apps I've ever used. Gave me great feedback on my form, I feel sharper than ever”
