Form FighterStrike Force vs Form Fighter
A read after the round, or a fix during it.
Both read your round from your phone. Strike Force reports back after it; Form Fighter corrects you during it, then makes you throw again.
When the coaching lands
Strike Force reviews a round you already threw and gives you the fix for next time. Form Fighter names the mechanic mid-session and drills it there and then, while the movement is still in your body.
Whether it checks
A written fix assumes you apply it correctly on your own. Form Fighter has you re-throw the same strike after the corrective set, so you find out in the same session whether it actually moved.
What you need to own
Strike Force is an iPhone app and leans on an Apple Watch for its force and speed numbers. Form Fighter runs in the browser on iPhone, Android or desktop, with nothing on your wrist.
Where they're ahead
A watch measures force and speed directly. A camera cannot. If a hard number on punch power is what you're after, a wearable will give you one and we won't pretend otherwise.
The Form Fighter bet
One mechanic. A live corrective set. Voice so your hands stay free. That is the product — whether you also own sensors, take class, or watch film.
