Shadow boxing form — keep one focus
Shadow boxing builds timing and rhythm, but it also grooves mistakes when nobody reviews the film. Keep one visible focus per block, film when you can, and re-test. For the full how-to, use the shadowboxing feedback guide — this page is the short companion.
Free rounds without a standard feel productive and still repeat the same leak. Pick path, return, guard, or chamber — not all four at once.
If you want the complete film → review → drill → re-test loop, read shadowboxing feedback with a phone.
Visible-motion checklist
- Full body stays in frame the whole block
- One strike or one mechanic per block
- Re-throw after the corrective work
- Hands stay free — no mid-round phone tapping
Safety and limits
Form Fighter is a training aid. Scores are estimates from a phone camera and can be wrong — especially with poor lighting, framing, or angle. Warm up, clear space, and stop if something hurts. It does not diagnose injury or replace a qualified coach.
Form Fighter’s role
Form Fighter turns the phone into the missing set of eyes for that one-focus loop: visible correction, spoken drill, re-test.
